Shipping and returns
Delivery information for Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
Delivery coverage
We currently deliver across Rawalpindi and Islamabad. For delivery to another city, contact us on WhatsApp before placing your order.
Delivery charges
Standard delivery is PKR 200. Delivery is free with the Discovery Box and on orders of PKR 3,000 or more. Your complete total is shown before you place the order.
Preparation and dispatch
Orders move through Pending, Confirmed, Preparing, Dispatched and Delivered states. No guaranteed delivery time is published until operating capacity is confirmed.
Food returns
For food-safety reasons, opened products cannot normally be returned. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or unsafe to consume, contact Morsava promptly with the order number and clear photographs. Resolution is assessed case by case.
Cancellations
Request cancellation before the order enters preparation. A manual-payment order is not confirmed merely because a transfer screenshot is sent; payment must be verified.
