Information collected
Checkout collects contact, delivery, payment-method and order information. Review submissions collect a display name, rating, review text and email address. The email address is kept private and is not shown beside a published review.
How it is used
Information is used to validate, prepare, deliver and support orders, moderate reviews, verify whether a reviewer purchased the product, prevent abuse and maintain legally necessary records. Marketing consent is separate and never preselected.
Product activity
Product pages use a random session identifier to count recent viewers. This identifier is used for the live activity count and is not displayed publicly.
Sharing
Order information may be shared with delivery and communications providers only where needed to fulfil the order. Morsava does not claim to sell customer data.
Retention and requests
Retention periods and the formal privacy contact will be finalized before public launch. Customers may contact Morsava with access or deletion requests, subject to legal and accounting obligations.
